Our Mission

Our mission is to promote positive energy and motivation, build confidence, and enhance stick skills to create a well-rounded player. Players are matched into age-division teams so they can play, practice, and attend tournaments, gaining the experience they need as they move up in age groups and begin utilizing their skills when they get to middle and high school teams.

Meet Our Expert Coaches

Darcie Wallace

Coach

Darcie played varsity field hockey at West Islip High School for three years and served as a two-year team captain. During her high school career, she earned All-Division honors, was named All-County twice, and received the team's MVP award. She continued her field hockey career at Adelphi University, where she played Division II field hockey for four years while earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. During her senior season, she served as captain of at Adelphi. Following this she earn a Master's degree in Childhood Education. For the past three years, she has coached with East End Field Hockey, where she has enjoyed helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. She is excited to share her passion for field hockey with the next generation of players while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth both on and off the field.

Zoe Norton

Coach

With coaching and playing experience at the high school, NCAA, club, and international levels, Zoe brings top-tier tactical knowledge and passion to the club program.

Zoe is currently the Head Varsity Coach at Shoreham-Wading River High School and has coached with East End Field Hockey Club and Leicester City Hockey Club in the UK. As a player, she competed for the Puerto Rico National Team and Leicester City, and was a Second-Team All-American at Molloy College. A standout at Sayville High School, Zoe earned multiple All-County, All-State, All-Division, and All-Tournament honors.

Her extensive experience and commitment to the sport make her a valuable addition to the club coaching staff.

Riley Wallace

 Field hockey has been a major part of Riley's life both as a player and a coach. She began her field hockey career at West Islip High School before continuing on to play at Molloy University, where she was a starting sweeper her freshman and sophomore years.  She finished her collegiate career at Adelphi University. She served as the President of Morgan’s Message and became heavily involved in the athletic program. 

Her love for coaching began shortly after graduating high school when she started coaching with East End in 2018. 

She currently serves as the Junior Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Seaford High School and is an art teacher at St. William the Abbot.  She continues her education by pursuing her Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration.  She is passionate about creating a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where athletes can grow.  She is excited to continue sharing her love and knowledge of field hockey with the next generation of players.

 Bianca Bachisin

 Bianca was a four year varsity starter and senior captain on ESM field hockey, winning various awards such as All State (2x), All tournament (3x), Unsung Hero, and selected for the NFHCA New York State All region team.   She was selected for the USAFH National Futures Championship three times and named a player to watch by Max Field Hockey. She attended Adelphi University where she majored in psychology and played on the field hockey team.   She has coached for East End field hockey for seven years and Shoreham Wading River high school for two years.  She completed her masters in school psychology at Adelphi and  currently works as a school psychologist for children grades K-2 on the Autism Spectrum.

November - February

Winter Travel Teams

Winter field hockey is a fast-paced version of the outdoor game played on a hard indoor surface. Athletes develop faster decision-making and sharper ball control.

March - June

Spring Travel Teams

Spring field hockey is designed for athletes who want to elevate their game. Emphasis on advanced technical skills and tactical decision-making.

Summer Skills

Small Group

Individual feedback ensures growth in technical skills and game awareness. Structured to sharpen fundamentals and build confidence.

Pre-season Camp

JV / HS Players (those also moving up from Middle School to HS level)

Focused training designed to help players perform at their best. Emphasizes stick skills and defensive techniques.

Master Your Game

At Waypoint, athletes refine their stick work and elimination techniques while mastering high-speed passing and reception. Our training emphasizes strategic movement to exploit open zones, robust defensive tackling, and precision shooting drills designed to maximize goal-scoring potential and overall tactical success.
